Ric Pratte CEO
Ric Pratte has been a long time high-tech entrepreneur and is currently focused on new business models in our digital world such as social business, digital sales & marketing, predictive analytics and game mechanics. Previously, Ric was a President & COO of Rapid Insight, a leading provider of predictive analytics software. Prior to Rapid Insight Ric was Founder & CEO of JitterJam, a pioneer in SocialCRM software that was sold to Meltwater Group in 2011. Ric also was Co-Founder & CEO of Campagne Associates, a leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to help non- profits drive their fundraising activites. Blackbaud, Inc. acquired Campagne in 2006.
Steven Carbone CTO
Steven Carbone’s background is in high-performance, scalable web and email architectures. He brings years of hands-on engineering and database experience to his management of technology teams. He was on the startup team and recently ended a 12-year tenure as the Chief Technology Officer for Prospectiv, an online marketing, lead generation, and local buying company operating as Eversave.com, which was acquired by Affinion Group in 2011. He has also served as the acting CTO of Lineage Medical, LLC, an online learning management system for medical professionals which operates Orthobullets.com and Medbullets.com. Prior to Prospectiv, Steven worked at Sun Microsystems as a systems engineer, overseeing technology projects at Fortune 500 financial services firms. Prior to Sun, he developed and architected web sites, and worked as a internet technology security consultant. Steven holds a bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
